ABSTRACT

In order to be achieve competitive advantage in the market it is not sufficient to attract new customers it is must concentrate on retaining existing customers implementing effective policies of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The customer satisfaction is largely depend on quality of service in the hotel industry. A management approach focused on customer satisfaction can improve customer loyalty, thus increasing the positive image of the tourist destination. Hence, exploring the customer satisfaction of hotel industry attributes in hotel selection is essential. Research on the topic of customer satisfaction, communication, transaction and distribution was the dimensions which translates into the consideration of whether or not customers will return to a hotel or advice it to other tourists, is pivotal to the success of the hospitality business. A quantitative analysis perform using Liket scale of star graded hotels in Sri Lanka. These type of standard questionnaire have used in the internet marketing research (Chailee, 2008). Descriptive statistics, inter-item correlation matrix and factor analysis were used to measure the quality of the data. Through the regression analysis of this case, evaluate the overall customer satisfaction of star hotels and multivariate data analysis was used to analysis the dimensionality customer satisfaction levels in star hotels. We conclude discussing the result and proposing improvement in customer satisfaction Management of the hotel.

Tamil rebellion groups started to fight against a common goal “a separate state of Tamil Eelam in the north and east of Sri Lanka”, and among the militant groups, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) appeared most virulent in nature The Sri Lanka Army represented the military executions under different ruling parties as the former government’s decision on bring the military solution to this political turmoil. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to establish the academic and social inclusion of students with disabilities in Institutions of higher learning at Kenyatta University in Kenya. The paper focused on the academic and social support as experienced by the students in the course of their studies at the institution. The study adopted a descriptive survey method using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including questionnaires and Interview to collect data. 29 students with various disabilities participated in the study and 1 administrator in working in the disability service directorate. Findings indicate that students perceived a lack of inclusion in the issuance of academic materials and participation in excursions while in social activities the least inclusive activities were hobbies and major University activities like the culture week and the major conclusions were that https://www.viagrageneriquefr24.com/ the University should be enhanced to include a Disability Support section. And develop strategies for disability inclusion in every aspect of the students’ academic and nob-academic life and that the section should provide advice to respective units within the University accordingly

Abstract

The study focused on the influence of parents’ support for pupils’ transition from pre-primary schools to lower primary schools. The focus was on Jimeta, a major city that is located in Adamawa state, Nigeria. UNICEF views parents’ readiness and support as the extent to which parents understand the importance of education for their children. The article further states that parental support in areas such as direct participation in school activities academic encouragement and expectations for pupils’ attainment had helped pupils to experience the positive transition to school. The researchers used descriptive survey research design to gather information from selected respondents. Descriptive survey research design was considered appropriate for this study because facts, opinions and authentic information about the current study would be obtained. Parents’ Support was measured by actions parents undertake which included: feeding and emotional support such as playing with a child, parents helping with homework and siblings familiarizing children to the schools before their enrolment in primary one. The study revealed that parents who agreed that they fed their children before they go to school were 87.65%. Parents unanimously agreed that they provide the necessary school materials for their children (100%). However, some 12% of parents confessed that they do not provide food for their children to take to school. Besides, 55% of parents declared that they assist their children with their homework. Finally, 42% of the parents said they encourage their children to attend school. The study revealed that parents visited their children’s schools to find out about their performance. It also showed that parents assisted their children with their homework. Although the study revealed that quite a number of parents attended Parents Teachers Association (PTA) meetings, some never attended but send a representative. The study concluded that parents’ support had helped pupils to transit to formal schooling but it was not very smooth.

Abstract

Competence in Uzbek composition writing skills is particularly important in determining students’ performance in Uzbek because this will enable the students to improve in their Uzbek composition paper and consequently do well in the overall Uzbek examination in the University examination. Students also use Uzbek writing skills to answer questions in the other Uzbek papers of the University examination. That means writing skills also determine how well the students will perform in all the Uzbek papers. In order to acquire the writing skills in Uzbek, students need to be facilitated by their teachers since writing is only acquired by being taught. In view of the performance in Uzbek in the University examination and given the important role of the teachers in teaching writing skills, this paper therefore intends to investigate how teachers’ pedagogical competencies influence students’ performance in Uzbek writing skills. The teachers’ pedagogical competencies which the paper focuses on are; teachers’ planning to teach, teaching methods, learning resources, classroom management, and designing of assessment techniques to evaluate learners’ performance in Uzbek composition writing skills. The paper seeks to establish whether teachers’ pedagogical competencies in planning for teaching influences students’ performance in Uzbek writing skills in Korean universities. In addition, the paper attempts to determine whether teachers’ pedagogical competencies in teaching methods influence students’ performance in Uzbek writing skills in Korean Universities. The other area of concern is to establish whether teachers’ pedagogical competencies in classroom management styles influence students’ performance in Uzbek writing skills in Korean universities. Finally, it seeks to determine whether teachers’ pedagogical competencies in design and assessment techniques influence students’ performance in Uzbek writing skills in Korean universities.
