Abstract

Local universities play a guiding and supporting role in regional innovation systems. External environment is an important factor of university knowledge innovation, but university organization is the basic reason of knowledge innovation. University organizational transformation makes its core task and deep structure changed and then promotes the ability of knowledge innovation in universities. Knowledge innovation in American entrepreneurial university is to play a better role of the research university in a knowledge-based society, but knowledge innovation in European entrepreneurial university is to solve social problems. Based on the analysis of university organizational transformation about American model and European model, the research shows that the main approach of knowledge innovation in local universities is to build the knowledge-based entrepreneurial area, insist on problem-oriented knowledge innovation logic and build double-centered entrepreneurial university of academic and entrepreneur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of using technology in physical education classes on the cardiovascular endurance of fourth grade students. Three classes of fourth grade students were randomly assigned to Heart Rate Monitor (HRM), Pedometer, or Control groups and participated in the same physical education activities for 24 weeks. Comparisons on the ½ mile fitness run of the 3 groups were not significantly different from each other (p = .3580) at the beginning of the study. There were no significant correlations (p > 0.05) between activity levels and mile run times after the 24 weeks. A two-way (Treatment x Gender) ANOVA was used to analyse mile run times after the 24 weeks. The main effect of gender (p < 0.01) was significant while the effect of treatment (p > 0.05) and the Treatment x Gender interaction (p > 0.05) were not.

Abstract

China's industrial economy has entered a new normal of slower speed and better structure. The new economy represented by high-tech industries, new energy and "Internet plus" is quietly emerging, gradually becoming a key support force for China's economic transformation and upgrading, quality and efficiency improvement. Chinese Internet enterprises have also ushered in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for development, with remarkable achievements. At present, the key to industrial transformation and upgrading is to make technological progress and take "talents" as a foothold. They need to shoulder the responsibility of knowledge creation, application, value-added and rational allocation of resources. Preliminary research in the United States shows that knowledge-based employees make up 61 percent of the country's workforce. In China, knowledge-based employees control the level of wealth creation, but they are in short supply. Effective management of knowledge-based employees has always been one of the important research topics in human resource management. In the field of knowledge study, this study explore the Internet strategy of ecological model, the influence of the knowledge staff to the enterprise performance relationship, with the introduction of reflecting the knowledge staff motivation system as the intermediary variable, for Internet strategy driven by ecological model, the knowledge staff management and corporate performance study provides a new channel. In this study, 40 Internet ecological enterprises were selected. Through the collection of multiple data and the method of factor analysis, the overall ranking of the enterprises was conducted. This questionnaire was distributed to knowledge employees and enterprise managers of Internet ecological enterprises. 400 questionnaires were distributed and 360 were valid, with an effective recovery rate of 90.0%. The author mainly sent emails to the knowledge-based employees and managers of the Internet ecological enterprises to conduct a questionnaire survey with the consent of the enterprise. Firstly, based on literature review, this study defines the definition of knowledge-based employees, and adopts questionnaires and in-depth interviews to investigate the management of knowledge-based employees in Internet ecological enterprises. Through the analysis of related concepts and components, the scale of management of knowledge-based employees in Internet ecological enterprises was developed. Through empirical analysis, it was verified that the scale of management of knowledge-based employees in Internet ecological enterprises had good reliability and validity. Based on the proposed research hypothesis, the paper designs and improves the measurement scale of knowledge-based employee management and related variables in the Internet ecological enterprise, and adopts the methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation to conduct empirical analysis on the data, test and form the measurement scale of each concept, and verify the research hypothesis involved in the research model. Secondly, this study studies the intermediary relationship between employee management and ecological model and enterprise performance of the motivation system for knowledge-based employees in Internet ecological enterprises and proposes the hypothesis of the relationship between management of knowledge-based employees, ecological model and enterprise performance. Based on the research results of knowledge-based employee management in Internet ecological enterprises, this study studies the influencing factors of knowledge-based employee management on enterprise performance and the overall research objectives. This study put forward by regression analysis method to study the questionnaire data, the demonstration of the correlation index factor, the results show that the following phenomena: (1) From the H1 and H2 two hypothesis, the ecological pattern and knowledge staff management itself has played a positive role to the enterprise performance, ecological model and knowledge staff management has important influence on the result of the operation of the enterprise.

Abstract

Shenzhen Property Management Enterprise started in the 80's and developed in the 90's. Property services have become an activity that closely related to people's lives. In recent years, more and more problems have arisen in property enterprises. On the surface, there are more and more divergences between owners and property enterprises in property service activities, which actually shows that the owners have a deeper understanding of property services and have put forward higher requirements for property services. The core issue of the Property Management Enterprise is whether the property service can be recognized by the owner. This issue will affect the development of the Property Management Enterprise. The research purpose of paper is to establish evaluation system of consumer satisfaction for the Shenzhen property management industry. The author uses related management theories, combined with actual investigations, analyzes the existing problems in property services and proposes corresponding countermeasures. With the expansion of the scope and content of property services and the acceleration of the marketization process, the bidding and tendering of property service projects have been gradually standardized. With the intensification and expansion of the merger and integration of property enterprises, the competition of property management industry will become increasingly fierce. In the fierce market competition, each Property Management Enterprise will pay more attention to improving consumer satisfaction, which directly affects the quality of service and Enterprise brand of the Property Management Enterprise, and then affects the survival of the Property Management Enterprise. The paper summarizes the main content, nature, characteristic consumer satisfaction, and main functions of property services, as well as the formation and development of property services at home and abroad, starting from the basic theory of property services and the comparison of domestic and foreign research results. It also analyzes the major gaps in domestic and foreign property services and their comparative analysis. Customer satisfaction survey methods were introduced and a customer satisfaction questionnaire was designed. And carried out empirical, established a customer satisfaction index system. In essence, the key to market competition is the level of consumer satisfaction, and the customer is the market main body. Only property enterprises that focus on customer needs can achieve long-term and stable development. Based on the perspective of consumer satisfaction, study on the property service evaluation system, and build an evaluation system of scientific and rational property service consumer satisfaction indicators. Abstract

In modern corporate governance mechanisms, equity incentive, as an important way to alleviate agency conflicts, are the primary plan for listed enterprises to manage human resources. There is a close relationship between equity incentive for senior managers and business performance of listed enterprises. By studying the influence of equity incentive for senior managers on business performance on listed enterprises, it can further enrich modern corporate management theories and promote the optimization of corporate governance structures. At the same time, can equity incentive promote operators to actively carry out high-risk, high-yield R&D and innovation activities? Will innovation input have a significant impact on the company's expenses and profits? Can it improve the company's core competitiveness to obtain excess profits? These problems are urgently to be clarified and resolved for the development of enterprises. On this basis, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between equity incentive for senior managers, innovation input and business performance of listed enterprises. This article mainly combines the current research status at home and abroad, and puts forward research hypotheses on the basis of related equity incentive theory to discuss. Taking a-share listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen as research samples, regression analysis and mediation model were used. The shareholding of executives was selected as the independent variable, return on equity and earnings per share as the dependent variables, and R&D investment as the mediating variable. At the same time, the growth rate of net profit, company size, revenue growth rate of main business, asset-liability ratio and total asset turnover ratio are selected as control variables for empirical analysis. The empirical results show that: (1) Equity incentive for senior managers can promote the improvement of business performance and have a significant positive correlation. That is: the greater the intensity of equity incentive for senior managers, the more obvious the incentive effect. By implementing equity incentive, companies align the personal interests of executives with the interests of shareholders, thereby incentivizing executives to focus more on the company's future long-term growth and improve business performance.(2) Equity incentive for senior managers is conducive to promoting corporate executives to increase investment in research and development innovation, that is, the higher the shareholding of executives, the more it helps companies to increase research and development investment and actively carry out innovation activities. A reasonable equity incentive mechanism can reduce the motivation of executives to avoid risks, enhance technological innovation capabilities through R&D investment, and ensure that enterprises have an advantageous position in the competition. The implementation of equity incentive for executives will make them allocate more resources to innovative research and development, and drive economic growth of enterprises through innovative behavior.

Abstract

The bioindustry is another emerging leading industry after the information industry. Human society has entered a new era of biological economy. The Chinese government formulated the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" for the bioindustry for the first time in 2007, drawing a grand blueprint for the biological industry. In general, China's bioindustry is still in its infancy, and the basic research of industrial development lags far behind that of developed countries. After more than 10 years of development, China's bioindustry has made great progress, but the relevant achievements still fall short of expectations. In the biological industry, the biopharmaceutical industry is undoubtedly a bright pearl. But at present, the development speed of biopharmaceutical industrialization in China is also relatively slow. Except for Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, the number of biopharmaceutical enterprises in other regions is small, and they often fight alone, lacking of echo and cooperation within the region, and it is difficult to achieve the macro goal of industrialization development. The biopharmaceutical industry has received a lot of attention in recent years and has even been regarded by some as the golden key to solving human diseases. At present, the country attaches great importance to the development of the biopharmaceutical industry and has issued a series of policies to assist and support the biopharmaceutical industry. However, there are still some problems in the development of biopharmaceutical industrialization, such as insufficient innovation, insignificant industrial effect and weak independent research and development capability. How to promote the industrialization of biopharmaceutical industry has also become a topic of common concern for academics and governments. Based on this thinking, this article will study the influencing factors of Shenzhen's biopharmaceutical industrialization, analyze which factors can have a significant impact on the development of biopharmaceutical industrialization, and also analyze the specific action mechanism of these influencing factors. From the perspective of research methods, this paper relies on the Likert five-level evaluation scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on Shenzhen's biopharmaceutical industry and relevant government departments, and rely on data processing software such as SPSS to process and analyze the collected data information. This article hopes that through research, we can find a way to promote the development of Shenzhen's biopharmaceutical industrialization and provide some experience for the development of biopharmaceutical industrialization in other regions of China.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry is an important part of the national economy. It is a comprehensive industry that combines traditional and modern industries and integrates primary, secondary and tertiary industries. It is also an industry with high input, high output, high risk, knowledge intensive, strong professionalism and high degree of internationalization. It is closely related to life science. It does not have a mature period and is less affected by the economic crisis. It is an industry that will grow and develop forever, known as the "eternal sunrise industry". For an enterprise, there are many ways to improve its operation and performance, such as changing its external environment, internal capacity, resource conditions, production links, etc. But for an enterprise, the change of the external environment is difficult to achieve, which needs to pay a lot of cost; and under certain conditions, the level of resources and capabilities is not easy to improve. As a "value creation method", business model does not require the change of internal and external conditions of enterprises and is relatively easy to improve and innovate. Under the specific external environment and resource conditions, business performance can be improved through model activities. This paper defines the definition of business model, and uses questionnaire and in-depth interview to investigate the antecedents of business model. After sorting out and analyzing, six dimensions of the antecedent variables of business model are identified, namely customer demand, technological change, competition intensity, enterprise resources, organizational structure and entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of related concepts and components, a measurement scale of business model antecedent was developed. Through empirical analysis, the reliability and validity of the scale were verified. Secondly, through literature research, this paper analyzes the concept of business model and business performance, and divides business model into three dimensions: customer value, internal value and cooperation value. Business performance is divided into two dimensions: financial performance and market performance. On this basis, it puts forward the hypothesis relationship between business model and its antecedents and business performance, constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between business model and business performance, and verifies the model and hypothesis through empirical analysis. The results show that different dimensions of business model antecedent variables have different effects on business model and business performance. Among them, enterprise resources, technological change and entrepreneurship have significant effects on business model, customer demand, competition intensity and organizational structure have significant effects on some dimensions of business model, and three dimensions of business model have significant effects on business performance. As a supplement, the research also adds the relationship between the three dimensions of business model, that is, internal value and cooperative value have a significant impact on customer value. Through discussion, it is found that: due to the characteristics of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, the business model of sample enterprises has the characteristics of external similarity, internal diversification, key relativity, similarity difference and internal connection from the perspective of manifestation; while due to the characteristics of business model and business performance, there are three matching relationships between high-performance enterprises and business model, namely, high performance and enterprise business The matching of model comprehensiveness, the matching of high performance and business model applicability, and the matching of high performance and business model sustainability. In addition, through the analysis of the international pharmaceutical industry environment and the domestic pharmaceutical industry environment, this paper makes a strategic explanation of the matching relationship between the performance of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises and the business model from three aspects: that is, the business model can affect the business performance by influencing the competitive advantage, the core competence of the enterprise, and cultivating the later development advantage of the enterprise. Finally, combined with the research results of the paper, from the perspective of enterprise and industrial policy, the paper puts forward its own suggestions for the development strategy of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.

Recently, impacted by the economic downturn and low birth rate, it becomes significant to be competitive for cram schools. This study adapted in-depth interview research method to understand cram schools’ business strategy. Furthermore, strategic fit was applied to analyze the in-depth interview content and obtain results below:

1) The cram schools with the business strategy of Prospector will reach their maximum business performance when they are aligned to the entrepreneurial strategy of the Pioneer type.

2) The cram schools with the business strategy of Defender will reach their maximum business performance when they are aligned to the entrepreneurial strategy of the Preach type.

3) The cram schools using the business strategy of Analyzer will reach their maximum business performance when they are aligned to the entrepreneurial strategy of the Pragmatism type.
